Meeting with Swedish relationship marketing guru
Recently we were fortunate to be visited by L.O. Landin, Swedish relationship marketing specialist. Over the past 25 years Mr. Landin has perfected his unique, highly successful dialogue approach.
Rather than focusing on new business, relationship marketing takes the revolutionary but common sense view that nothing is more financially beneficial than proactively maintaining the interest and loyalty of former and current customers.
