On behalf of our client PA Consulting, and with the encouragement of USAid, we have created a national public relations and advertising campaign to better explain to the Georgian people why their electrical service is not yet reliable. We will ask for continued patience as the business structure of the utility is “Westernized” to attract essential private investment.

Institute for High Frequency Electronics -
Tomsk, Siberia
This respected scientific institution had difficulty locating, licensing and importing specialized electronic parts from the U.S. for research. Working American to American, we were able to find just what they needed in the western part of the country. Red tape was cleared up and the products shipped successfully. We are currently locating additional specialized equipment for use in Siberia.
