Business relationships with China depend on trust and this can be hard to develop due to language, culture and time differences. Over a ten month period we developed a close relationship with Beijing company, Jianyan on behalf of our client RCM Digesters. This involved two visits by them to the USA and one by us to Beijing.
After extensive contract negotiations a contract was signed for Jianyan to exclusively represent RCM Digesters to Chinese farm operations. They are also discussing an agreement with MMS to represent their wastewater treatment services outside China.
